This Privacy Policy describes how PowerScale (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (“App”).

We collect information needed to run the App (such as account authentication, profile and library data, and social features), to improve reliability and security, and—where applicable—to show ads and process purchases. We use service providers (including Google and Firebase) to host and process data.

We retain information as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some locally cached data may remain on your device until you clear it or uninstall the App.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete much of your data using in-app controls (for example Reset All Data in Settings). You may also control notifications in iOS Settings and in-app preferences. 9. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10. International transfers

If you use the App outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

11. California privacy rights (summary)

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including rights to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing (where applicable). Contact us to submit a request.
